All employees are very professional and respectful. I recently had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining, and they did a thorough inspection of all pipes within the house. They explained everything is great detail to me, as well as answered all of my questions and concerns. They provide and explain all options available to alleviate the problem. They also offer financing (depending on your credit, it's possible to qualify for six months no payment / no interest). The dispatch center also calls to make sure everything went okay with the appointment, and allows the customer a chance to provide any feedback. Also, an actual human contacted me the night before the appointment to verify the approximate timeline of the appointment. I know a lot of companies use automated calls. This company runs very smoothly, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We have used Seaside Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs since 2018. They are always prompt and do excellent work. Recently we had our annual check done by Ms. Kaitlyn. She was very thorough and handled an issue that she found with our bathroom sinks. Highly recommend Seaside.

Seaside Plumbing response to my call and plumbing issue was quick. Technician German was at my house within 90 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and well trained to diagnose the issue with my electric on-demand water heater. While here he also inspected under the house and under all sinks to confirm no issues with plumbing. I believe Seaside Plumbing and their technicians are fully trained and have the customer’s best interest.

This is a few weeks delayed. We have a service contact with Seaside (a great value). David T was out to do a routine hot water heater flush on our 1 year hot water heater and he also check all our water lines.
David T was complete professional and gave us a step by step description of what he was doing and recommendations for future maintenance.

We just had a wonderful experience with Seaside Plumbing and their excellent employee,Patrick Bateman We had an issue with our garbage disposal that was leaking into our basement and causing circuit breaks when used. Patrick assessed the situation, went to his truck to write up an estimate and presented a service plan. While he was in the basement he noticed that our hot water heater had not been flushed in 7 years. We ended up signing up for a yearly $10 per month service agreement which gave us a discount on plumbing services and waived the $39 service call fee. We were impressed by everything that Patrick accomplished. He changed out our cheap builder grade shut off valves in the kitchen and both bathrooms. This was something that I had my mind on for a while and now it’s done. He was professional, helpful and friendly. I will request him every time.
