Just needed a grab bar for safety getting in & out of shower. Tech arrived promptly and was able install it during same appointment! I was thrilled at that. Price was inside our budget, so That Plus Same Day Service was Top Notch!Not only would I recommend them, I will use them again. 🙂

Austin and Barry came to our house this morning. They were WONDERFUL! So helpful and thorough, they explained every step of the job, made sure I understood and approved what they were doing, answered all of my questions and did the job right. I never felt like they were rushing or in a hurry to get to the next job. They were friendly and even played with my dog for a few minutes! I would definitely recommend Seaside plumbing and I will ask for Austin and Barry every time!

My hot water heater stopped working. I called Seaside around 8:30 a.m. and they responded within an hour or so. German (pronounced Herman) Perez came to the house and he was terrific. He ordered a new water heater which was delivered to the house quickly. He did a full assessment of my plumbing and showed me a few small things to consider addressing. He installed the water heater right away and did the other items. He explained everything in a thorough and easy to understand way. He was absolutely wonderful. A top notch company! I highly recommend Seaside and German, and will continue to use them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

We were very pleased with the ease and ability of setting up an appointment to have some plumbing work completed in our home. The communication from Seaside could not have been better. We received text messages and phone calls right up to the minute that the technicians pulled up in front of our home.Austin and Barry could not have been more professional, friendly and informative. They located the issue immediately and began to address the repair. We didn’t realize that their service call include a whole house inspection…including crawling under our home to inspect all piping and connections. During the inspection they discovered a drain line that was improperly installed during some remodeling done three years ago. They explained the issue and made immediate repairs!We were so satisfied with our experience with Austin and Barry and the Seaside office personnel that we signed up for an annual service contract (there was absolutely NO pressure to do so).We would highly recommend Seaside Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Jay serviced our hot water heater today and reviewed the plumbing throughout the home. He was very polite, knowledgeable and did everything in a professional and careful manner. We could not have been happier with any aspect of his performance, a true gentleman who explained everything in a very articulate and down to earth language. It was a true pleasure to have him as a technician and we would give him the very highest accolade possible.

Logan & Morgan were wonderful. So personable and kind, over and beyond. They inspected our issue and informed us of the options, listening to and answering all our questions. The new product was installed in the same day. We were offered financing, but they accepted four separate debit-credit cards to pay for everything. Logan even took the extra time to great our 94yr old mom with kindness and respect.

Great company! Logan & Max came out same day to replace our water heater in our condo - gave us options and replaced the heater same day. They fixed a few other things while they were at the condo and answered all my questions. It was great that they explained the issues with the current tank with calcium build up and showed me pictures to help with the explanation. Super friendly guys, would recommend this company and their employees any day.

OK!!!! So, I can't say enough good things about this Company and their employees! Same day service replacing a Hot Water Tank. So courteous about my property and how I wanted it done and where I wanted everything located. Logan & Max so GREAT!!!! Logan is so knowledgeable in every area of the job. Max his apprentice is well on his way to being great also! Both were willing to deal with my OCD list of questions about everything and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. We had a maintenance service today. Caleb arrived at the scheduled time he was experienced and professional. He flushed the water tank and also recommended replacing the garbage disposal which we did. Andrea also called prior to the service and she was very professional. They are both great assets to your company.
