Seaside Plumbing has been my Go To plumber for years. They are professional, friendly, and reliable. Katelyn is a great asset to their operation. She is a knowledgeable and efficient member of the team. I can not say enough good things.

Seaside Plumbing is fantastic! The guys could not have been any nicer or more helpful. This was my first call being newer to the area. I'm glad I called Seaside. This wasn't a situation where I heard "We can get to you in a couple of days." As luck would have it, the arrival was 30 min after my call. Ben, Doug, and Marcus were fantastic - super nice and there to help. What's great about Seaside was they came to fix the problem I called about, but they also did a thorough inspection upon arrival. And in doing so discovered a leaking water heater which needed to be resolved. The team was really great with explaining items. I am glad I found a company and team I can trust. I recently had to replace my water heater, I researched plumbers in the dagsboro area and Seaside Plumbing has gotten some great reviews so I gave them a call. Now I know why, they answered my call right away and sent Christian to evaluate the problem he was a great guy very courteous and knowledgeable. Christian came back the following morning on time and ready to work, new heater was installed and everything was spotless. Seaside kept me informed every step of the way with text and phone calls. Great company with great people!!!

Had an emergency where all my toilets and sinks were blocked up, called Seaside and they had someone out to help clear up the problem for us same-day. The techs, James from the drain team, and Allen who did the imaging, were both very clear and informative while they worked, walking through what they were doing and what they were seeing. They got us an estimate that same night for needed repairs, which was above and beyond as they didn’t wrap up until after 6 at the house. Great guys, would call them again.

Seaside plumbing was well represented by Logan and David. The service performed was a maintenance flush of the water heater. Although this was the main focus, Logan and David looked around the house and provided guidance and information regarding our home. I was impressed with their knowledge. Worthy of note, Seaside provides an affordable monthly maintenance contract. We have plans to use them in the future.

I had a great day with with Doug who first called and advised he was on his way, arrived and he checked both the sink and toilet, and advised what needed to be done, and once I decided on what I wanted, he arranged for the new sink and toilet to be delivered and he started working, did a great job, very open explaining to me what the new products would be like. Answered my questions, was very opened in explaining everything. I thanked him, and I will call Seaside Plumbing again for anything else I may need done in the house. I needed maintenance on my water pump & hot water heater. I called Seaside Plumbing on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. Jayson, the technician, called me 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. He worked until he was sure the pump was working properly & he replaced the anode rod in the water heater. While he was here, he performed an inspection of the plumbing in the rest of the house & found everything to be in good condition.
