    Contest Rules

    • The contest is open to owner occupied, single family homes or condominiums. Limit one entry per household
    • Owner shall provide original installation date information if possible, or photo of water heater sticker
    • Entrants must be 21 or older, own the home entered in the contest and reside within our service area
    • Entries must be received by October 31, 2024 at 11:59pm
    • All decisions are final
    • All entrants may be required to allow Seaside Plumbing to verify (in person), the age of the water heater
    • The winner will be selected on or around December 15, 2024 (once proper verifications are made) and informed via telephone prior to media announcements
    • The winning entries will receive a new water heater equivalent to the existing water heater
    • Any upgrades to a new type or size of water heater are not included
    • The winning entry allows Seaside Plumbing Inc to use images and likenesses of the old and new unit, the homeowner’s name and photo in promotional materials
    • Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
    • No entry fee or purchase is required
    • Any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes are not included
    • Gas connections not included
    • Permit fees not included.

    By entering, participants release and hold harmless Seaside Plumbing, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. By providing an email address, entrants will be registered to receive the Seaside Plumbing, Inc. quarterly newsletter. All entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter list at any time.

    No responsibility is assumed by Seaside Plumbing, Inc. for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries. for any lost, delayed or late delivery of marketing materials or entry submissions via US Postal Service, or for any internet, computer, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. Seaside Plumbing, Inc. will not be held liable for any damage to the prize resulting from delivery or installation, nor for any damage to the winner’s home resulting from delivery or installation.
