Seaside plumbing provides EXCELLENT customer service. From initial contact to completion, they are extremely responsive and professional. Doug came to our home to discuss the work being requested - hot water tank replacement. While there he conducted a whole house plumbing inspection. Completely free of charge. He identified maintenance areas we could do ourselves, to minimize future expenses.

During the visit Doug provided a quote for the replacement, we agreed on the scope, price, and installation date. Doug returned and completed the work on schedule.

During the entire process Seaside, and Doug, provided regular texts and phone updates on status when the team would be on site. I will be recommending Seaside to my neighbors, and will be using them if/when needed in the future.

We choose seaside because their services are thorough and they educate their workman in the latest methods. We called Seaside plumbing to come out and take a look at our washer valves because they started leaking when we try to disconnect our old washer to receive a new one. The technician, Patrick, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and solved the sump pump issue that we needed resolved. While here he also discovered a problem with our tankless water heater expansion chamber, and replaced that as well.
