Nate did a great job. He was punctual and polite. He identified the issue and came up with a solution. The repair was made quickly and all procedures were explained. Highly recommend Seaside and will use them again if needed.

We had an emergency the other day and called Seaside because we have used them years ago. Their response time was very quick, about 2 hours and we had a very professional and friendly plumber, Ben, who fixed our issue and restore our water. He was great. Would highly recommend!

Our interaction with Seaside plumbing was nothing but positive. The person that came out was Kyle. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects. He gave us the pros and cons of options and made recommendations. He explained every step of the way what he was doing. He made us so confidant, that we plan on using him to replace our hot water heater and changing our bathtub to a shower. Kyle’s parents should be congratulated for raising such a fine young man.

Seaside plumbing provides EXCELLENT customer service. From initial contact to completion, they are extremely responsive and professional. Doug came to our home to discuss the work being requested - hot water tank replacement. While there he conducted a whole house plumbing inspection. Completely free of charge. He identified maintenance areas we could do ourselves, to minimize future expenses.

During the visit Doug provided a quote for the replacement, we agreed on the scope, price, and installation date. Doug returned and completed the work on schedule.

During the entire process Seaside, and Doug, provided regular texts and phone updates on status when the team would be on site. I will be recommending Seaside to my neighbors, and will be using them if/when needed in the future.

Seaside did a great job with communication to reschedule my yearly service checkup. The technician Max came out and was extremely professional and did a great job looking over everything while explaining things to watch out for. He identified the problem with one of our outside hose connections very quickly and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He then explained all of the other services that he could provide, and he also checked our other faucet.
